5. Subscription Renewals

  • All recurring subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds will not be provided for renewals unless:
    • The request is made within 7 days of renewal, and
    • The product or service has not been used or delivered after renewal.
